Firewall is blocking a whitelisted contact. What do I do?
Firewall automatically blocks spam and known robocallers, and screens all calls from whitelisted numbers not on your whitelist. If you've added a phone number to your whitelist that we've identified as spam, then you won't receive calls from that number.
You can check when a call was blocked or screened by looking for a small lightning bolt next to the phone number in Recents. If you see a red lightning bolt, then Firewall identified a known robocaller and blocked the call. If you see a grey lightning bolt, then Firewall screened the call because the phone number is not saved in your whitelist.
If you received a Blocked call from a number that you've confirmed isn't a robocaller, please reach out to support@tryfirewall.com with the phone number so we can report the number!
