Can I pause the app?

If you’re expecting a call from an unknown number, you can pause Firewall to allow all calls to come through to your main cell phone number. Pausing Firewall will let all calls through except for Blocked calls that we’ve identified as spam or robocalls.

To pause the app, tap Settings and then tap the Pause Firewall banner at the bottom of the screen. You’ll see the option to pause Firewall for 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours or for a Custom Date.

If you select Custom Date, then you'll be able to select a specific date and time in the future. Firewall will remained paused until the date and time you specify. 

Once you select the duration, all calls will come through to your phone. You can see how much longer Firewall is paused for by checking the banner at the bottom of the app. You can resume call blocking at any time by tapping the banner again and then tapping  Resume.
