How do I play a voicemail?

Voicemails will show up on your Recents page along with all calls. Firewall automatically transcribes all voicemails. To play a voicemail, tap on the voicemail to view more options, then tap on Details & Voicemail. From here, you can press the "play" button to listen to the message.

If you’re having issues hearing the voicemail, make sure that your volume is turned all the way up on your device.
